Jubilus Frühburgunder dry

  • Metoda vinifikacije: Približno 2/3 v cisternah iz nerjavnega jekla in 1/3 v sodih barrique

  • Preostala sladkost: 0,8 g/liter
  • Kislost: 4,8 g/l

Značilnosti: Mehko, sadno vino Frühburgunder s pridihom rdečih jagod in cassisa. Vino je delno starano v sodih barrique, ima lepo integrirane tone vanilije in nežen okus po tobaku v ozadju. Frühburgunder je ahrska posebnost, ki je v drugih vinorodnih regijah izjemno redka. Pri tem burgundcu je v ospredju sadje, v ozadju pa ga prijetno spremlja les.

Priporočilo: Odlično se poda k sočni pečenki, belemu mesu, kot sta zajec in piščanec, ter siru.
