Pinot Noir is the synonym and at the same time the international designation for the Pinot Noir grape variety.
This noble and very old grape variety requires a lot of care and makes high demands on climate and soil and naturally feels extremely comfortable in our steep slate slopes.
Our Pinot Noir comes from a breeding in Dijon and was matured in old small wooden barrels.
In the nose it shows dark berry fruits, some vanilla, on the tongue it is very powerful and muscular.
The Spätburgunder is drunk at 16 to 18 degrees. It accompanies roast or game and also the cheese plate.
