Pinot Noir is the synonym and at the same time the international name for the grape variety Pinot Noir.
The noble and very old grape variety demands a lot of care and places high demands on climate and soil and of course feels extremely well in our steep slate slopes.
Our Pinot Noir comes from a breed from Dijon and was aged in the old small wooden barrel.
On the nose it shows dark berries, a little vanilla, on the tongue it is very powerful and muscular.
The Pinot Noir is drunk at 16 to 18 degrees. He accompanies roast or game and also the cheese plate.
