This top-quality Pinot Noir was grown on the steep slopes of our oldest vineyards in Heimersheim. The yield from these 40-year-old vines is very low. The grapes were harvested by hand and sorted again on the sorting table.

The wine reached its full potential after 15 months of aging in barriques. An opulent Pinot aroma, dense fruitiness, and the finest toasted notes accompany this wine across the palate, revealing tremendous length and richness.

Acidity: 6.20 g/l
