Description: Soft, fruity Frühburgunder with hints of red berries and cassis. Due to the fact that the wine has been partly aged in barrique barrels, there are beautifully integrated vanilla tones and a delicate tobacco spiciness in the background. The Frühburgunder is an Ahr speciality, which can be found extremely rarely in other cultivation areas. The fruit is in the foreground of this Burgundy and is pleasantly accompanied by the wood in the background.
Recommendation: It goes well with juicy roasts, white meat such as rabbit and chicken as well as with cheese.
