    Characterization: Despite its power, it still has the elegance of the Pinot Noir. It is a very multifaceted Burgundy. Roasted aromas accompany the typical Pinot Noir notes (cherry) and a wonderful minerality (clay soil with slate). A wine from one of the best steep sites of the Ahr valley (Great Growing Site).

    Recommendation: It goes well with game and beef dishes as well as spicy, strong cheeses.
