Peter Kriechel Ahr Pinot Noir B 2021

This wine has a beautiful cherry red color and its aromatic structure is also reminiscent of cherries, as well as various spices such as dried thyme flanked by fine smoke. On the palate, there is a wonderful interplay between the fruit of the Pinot Noir, the minerality of the slate soil and subtle roasted aromas, smoky wood with notes of cocoa and coffee. A little acidity with floral traces on the finish, which gains cool juice with air. The velvety Pinot Noir - B - shows a successful interplay of power and elegance, which also impressed our Federal President and the Vatican. And has now won first place in the tasting of the Rhineland-Palatinate Chamber of Agriculture. We are very proud!
