Peter Kriechel Jubilus Dry Rosé 2025
This deep salmon-colored rosé has a clean, crisp bouquet with aromas of red berries, nuts, and very subtle hints of tobacco. The wine is characterized by delicate, juicy fruit; well-integrated smoky and woody notes; fine acidity; moderate tannins; good length; mineral nuances; and a good to very good finish. A lively, fruity wine, perfect for a balmy evening.
Winemaking method: Very gently processed—cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Recommendation: Well-chilled, it’s a wonderful summer wine. A great pairing with fish, grilled meats, and salads.
Serving temperature: 10–12 °C
