Jubilus Frühburgunder Dry
Characterization: A soft, fruit-forward Frühburgunder with hints of red berries and cassis. Thanks to the partial aging in barrique barrels, beautifully integrated vanilla notes and a delicate, tobacco-like spice are present in the background. Frühburgunder is a specialty of the Ahr region that is extremely rare in other wine-growing areas. The fruit takes center stage in this Burgundy, pleasantly complemented by the wood in the background.
Recommendation: It pairs well with juicy roasts, white meats such as rabbit and chicken, and cheese.
