Peter Kriechel Jubilus Rosé dry 2021
This strong salmon-colored rosé has a clear, cool bouquet with red berry, nutty and very delicate tobacco aromas. A fine juicy fruit, quite delicate characterizes the wine, very well suited smoky and woody tones, fine acidity, moderate tannin grip, good persistence, mineral nuances, good to very good finish. A tangy, fruity wine, lovely for the balmy evening.
Vinification method: Very gently processed. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Recommendation: Well chilled, it is a wonderful summer wine. A good companion to fish, grilled food and salads.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C
