This Pinot Noir belongs to the top of the premium wines from our steep slopes. Selected, hand selected grapes from old vineyards are fermented in the traditional manner on the mash. In small barrique barrels, this wine was able to live out its puberty for over a year. During storage he has repelled his rough edges. Today he has matured into a "whole guy" and has integrated his tannins well. A Spätburgunder of the noblest kind, surrounded by strong oak wood, with a red wild fruit aroma, a touch of vanilla and delicate winter spices.
