2017 Nelles Pinot Noir + Domina feinherb
The Spätburgunder is probably one of the earliest varieties selected from wild vines.
Charles the Fat brought her in 884 to Lake Constance. In the 18th century, the variety came from Burgundy to the Ahr.
The grape variety Domina is a new breed, originating from our local varieties Spätburgunder and Portugieser.
The cellar master has skillfully combined both varieties into one cuvée and so presents itself in the glass a fine fruity red wine with velvety fullness, round and not too heavy. The thirst quencher for all days, in the summer kellerkühl served at 14 °.
A wine to match cheese, light meals or just like that.
